Introducing Our Newest Team Member…

Elizabeth Farrant | Sports Massage Therapist

Elizabeth gained her qualification in Sports Massage in 2018 and has been a practising member of the Sports Therapy Association. Prior to this she graduated with a BSc (hons) in Sports Science Performance in 2017 and a MSc in Strength and Conditioning in 2018 both from the University of Chichester.

Elizabeth has a particular interest in football and has previously worked with the University of Chichester Women’s Football Club high performance academy, Chichester City football Club, and England Universities Woman’s Football. Elizabeth also has a keen interest in a range of other sports including rugby, tennis and triathlon.

With previous experience in Sport science and Strength & Conditioning, she has an interest in training load management and recovery strategies with the aim to keep athletes injury free and performing at their best!

Elizabeth will be available Monday 07:00-12:00 and Tuesday 17:00-20:00
